Any bid requesting to move or change Primary Points under GT&C Section 4.2 will be considered to have a net present value of zero when comparing requests for service and awarding capacity, unless Shipper has agreed in conjunction with its request to increase its Maximum Daily Transportation Quantity (MDTQ) or to extend the term of its firm contract(s), by the minimum of five years. Please provide specific details about capacity shift(s) including, but not limited to, contract number(s), term, volume, receipt, and delivery location(s) they plan to shift from/to and any additional information to clarify the intent.
